1. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but we ensure every order is processed and dispatched in a timely manner.

If delays occur due to unexpected circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, courier delays, or public holidays), we will notify you promptly.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Sri Lanka. If your location falls outside standard delivery routes, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or issue a full refund if necessary.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Colombo & Suburban Areas: A standard delivery fee applies and will be shown at checkout.

  • Outstation Areas: Charges vary by location and weight. Total delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

We occasionally offer free delivery promotions on selected products or order values—watch our website and social media for updates.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.

5. Delivery Updates

  • For most orders, delivery status will be updated via email or SMS.

  • If tracking is not available, our team will manually follow up and keep you informed.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or unavailability, we will arrange a second delivery. Please note, additional charges may apply for repeat attempts.

7. Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a package that is damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request images and order details to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
