At Nutri Ninja, operated by Dips & Spreads (Pvt) Ltd, we take pride in the quality and safety of our food products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on our website — whether opened or unopened — are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes:

  • Food and beverage items

  • Gift boxes and hampers

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

We kindly request you to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and promptly.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.

  • Items returned without our prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Nutri Ninja reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy criteria.
